It is a community-driven initiative dedicated to reducing the population of homeless animals and improving the welfare of pets across Riverside. By offering accessible, low-cost spay and neuter services, our program targets the root causes of pet overpopulation and strives to create a healthier, more humane environment for animals and people alike.
