Antique Swiss mechanical musical Christmas tree stand, circa 1900s, playing two tunes while rotating the tree. Made with a chrome plated metal on a wooden base, it has a winding key at the top and a start and stop level at the base. The manufacturer "Lador Switzerland" is embossed at the top and at the bottom it's numbered and on a paper label the songs "Stille Nacht, Heilige Nacht" and "O du Fröhliche, O du Selige” are printed in German with "Lador" and Made in Switzerland. Measures 21.5cm (8.5") diameter by 12cm (4.7") high, approx., can hold a tree of about 2cm (0.8") diameter. Wear consistent with use and age
